Minimum Booking Periods –

Off Season: Minimum of 1 night in all ensuite cabins and Shearers huts. A minimum of 2 nights applies to the Premium Cabins.

High Season: Minimum of 2 nights in Premium Cabins and Ensuite Cabins. (Christmas and all School Holidays)

Easter Period: Minimum of 2 nights in Premium Cabins and Ensuite Cabins.

Winter Period: Minimum Weekend Bookings of 2 nights which must include Friday and Saturday nights applies to all Accommodation.

Deposit -

All bookings may be confirmed with a 50%  deposit which should be made within 7 days of making the reservation. Bookings will not be held longer than 7days without a deposit.

Short Notice Bookings –

The 50% booking deposit for any reservation made within 20 days of your arrival date, must be paid for at the time of booking by credit card ONLY. This payment is subject to a NIL Refund in the case of a cancellation.

Cancellations -

All Cancellations must be in writing. The following fee’s apply to ALL bookings:

*Greater than 42 days of Arrival Date: 12 month Credit or Refund – Minus a 20% Cancellation fee of the deposit.

*Between 42 Days and 15 Days of Arrival Date: 12 month transfer of the deposit to any other dates within 12 months. - Nil cash refund.

*Within 14 Days of Arrival. - Nil refund of the deposit paid.

Transfer of Booking –

*If Greater 42 days of your arrival date, your booking may be rescheduled to an alternative date within 12 months.

*If between 42 days and 22 days of your arrival date, your booking may be rescheduled to an alternative  date, a transfer fee of $35 or 5% of the total tariff charge (whichever is greater) will apply.

*If between 21 days and 14 days of your arrival date, your booking may be rescheduled to an alternative date, a transfer fee of $70 or 10% of the total tariff charge (whichever is greater) will apply.

*Once a booking has been transferred, no further changes may be made. This will result in a loss of deposit.

*NO BOOKING WILL BE TRANSFERED IF WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE*

Payments -

Your advance deposit may be made by credit card, money order or by direct deposit into our Bank Account. Please use your RESERVATION Number as the Reference. If you wish to use "Direct Deposit" please contact us for our bank details.

Balance payments are due in full on arrival and can be paid by cash, EFTPOS or credit card. Personal cheques cannot be accepted.

Arrival and Departure Times:
Your check-in time for accommodation is 3.00 pm and your check-out time is prior 10.00am . Caravans may check-in earlier when requested in advance. A later arrival date or earlier departure date than originally booked will not qualify for a refund. If your departure is later than 10.00am an extra day charge may be applied unless special arrangements have been made with the manager. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Prices: -
At the time of printing, the charges shown on our schedule are correct but may be subject to alteration without notice.

Cabin Change: - We reserve the right to relocate any booking under exceptional circumstances.

Pets: While we welcome your pets at our park, conditions do apply and breach of these conditions will result in exclusion from the Park. Pets are not permitted inside any of the Cabins or the Shearers Huts and decisions relating to pets in the park are at the absolute discretion of the managers.

Children: -
Infants under the age of 2 at the time of your visit are free of charge.

The child rate applies to children over the age of 3 years and under 16 years. Guests over the age of 16 will be charged the adult tariff rate.

Extra Car & Trailer Parking: -
Parking for one car only is available for each Cabin or Van site.  Some caravan sites will accommodate parking for a second vehicle. Limited boat trailer parking is available. Please advise your needs at the time of booking to avoid inconvenience. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Extra Cars are $5.00 per night.

Linen:  
Family Cabins -  All linen is provided in the Premium Cabins.

Ensuite Cabins and Shearers Huts - Doonas and pillows are provided for each bed. Personal linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels) is to be provided by guests. However, linen hire is available at a minimal extra cost and if required should be arranged in advance. Cost is $12 / person.

Noise & Disturbance:
Loud music by guests must cease by 10.00pm and at any other time when requested by the management. Abusive and threatening behavour towards other guests or the staff will result in immediate eviction from the park, and may result in the Police being called.
